Tehachapi hasn't adopted the title of "The Land of Four Seasons" for no reason. After a week of warm california weather, mother nature decided to turn the thermostat down. Take a look at how the Woodward U students decided to spend their snow day.

The students at Woodward U had the unique opportunity to visit Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory not too long ago. Not only did they get to ride the park, but they also took a tour of the factory guided by none other than Rob Dyrdek himself!

Woodward U recently welcomed our newest dorm resident, Dustin Orem. Dustin, who was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, has a long association with Woodward. Not only did he attend Woodward West as a BMX camper for two years, he also worked at summer camp. With Dustin's love of school and a Bachelor's of Science in Christian Ministry from Southwestern College in Arizona, he knows the importance of a good education. While in college Dustin headed an extreme sports ministry and has signficant experience working with youth and the action sports. Dustin's wide smile and inviting personality make him a perfect addition to our staff.

With one week until Spring Break, everyone needed a change of pace. Students pigged out on Sunday dinner out at John's Incredible Pizza. They piled their plates high at the huge pizza buffet extraordinaire and played arcade games and bumper cars until the tokens ran out! 

After a week of hard work, students spent the day at Huntington Beach and rode the new Long Beach Plaza, Santa Clarita skate park and other street spots.
